Atul Upadhyay has been promoted from Executive Vice President to Executive Director at Pride Hotels Group. This well-earned recognition is a testament to his outstanding leadership, unwavering commitment, and impactful contributions to the organization’s growth.

Strategic Regional Leadership Enhancements

Binay Thakur – Vice President, Eastern Region

With a hospitality career spanning over 30 years, Binay Thakur has played a pivotal role in elevating Pride Hotels’ presence in Eastern India. Previously overseeing operations in Kolkata and Jharkhand, he now takes on an expanded mandate, directing operations and strategic initiatives across the region. In his new role, he will collaborate with the Board and senior executives to shape the Group’s broader vision, drive nationwide projects, and continue fostering operational excellence and innovation.

Mohammad Shoeb – Vice President, Northern Region

An industry veteran with over 30 years of experience, Mohammad Shoeb brings a guest-centric approach and operational expertise to his new role. He has significantly contributed to Pride Hotels’ growth in North India and will now lead operations and expansion across key regions including Delhi, Jammu & Kashmir, Uttarakhand, Rajasthan, and surrounding areas.

Kushal Ranjan – Vice President, Revenue Management and Distribution

Known for his analytical approach and strategic mindset, Kushal Ranjan has reshaped the Group’s revenue management systems. His expanded responsibilities include overseeing company-wide revenue optimization, managing digital distribution channels, enhancing OTA relationships, and leveraging market analytics to drive growth.

Koustuv Mukherjee – Associate Vice President, Gujarat, Goa, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana

Koustuv Mukherjee has been entrusted with a wider portfolio, now managing operations across Gujarat, Goa, Andhra Pradesh, and Telangana. Celebrated for his collaborative style and strong rapport with stakeholders, he will concentrate on regional expansion, upcoming property launches, and maintaining brand excellence across these diverse markets.
