India, 02 June 2025 – IHG® Hotels & Resorts, one of the world’s premier hospitality companies, has entered into a management agreement with Kevit Retreats Private Limited for the upcoming Holiday Inn Express & Suites Pithampur. Slated to open in the first quarter of 2028, this new development aligns with the brand’s strategic initiative to expand in high-demand locations and fill the gap in quality branded hotels and resorts across India’s emerging secondary markets.
