Suba Group strengthens its presence in Bengaluru with a seventh hotel

Suba Group of Hotels has announced the addition of a new property in Bengaluru, Karnataka, expanding its presence in the city where it already operates six establishments.

Mubeen Mehta, CEO of Suba Group, stated, “We are excited to announce the signing of our seventh property, located at Brookefield, Doddanakundi in Bengaluru, Karnataka. This will be our second hotel under the Comfort Inn brand. The other hotel under the same brand is operational near the World Trade Center in Yeshwanthpur.”

The group currently manages three hotels under its Click Hotels brand, along with one each under the Quality Inn and Clarion brands. The agreement for the upcoming property was formalized between Mansur Mehta, Managing Director of the group, and Desai Developers.

Scheduled to launch in December 2025, the new Comfort Inn & Suites will feature 72 upscale rooms and suites. Guests can look forward to amenities such as a coffee shop, a modern gym, meeting rooms, and spacious banquet facilities.
