With an impressive background across renowned hospitality brands, Randesh brings over ten years of expertise in security operations, risk management, and safety compliance to this key leadership role.
Randesh’s career includes pivotal roles at leading properties such as Hyatt Place Candolim, Pullman Maldives Maamutaa, Taj Fort Aguada Resort & Spa in Goa, and Vivanta by Taj Malabar, Cochin. His outstanding performance at Pullman Maldives earned him the prestigious ‘Manager of the Quarter Award’ in May 2021—an accolade that highlights his proactive leadership and steadfast commitment to maintaining safety standards.

In his new capacity at DoubleTree by Hilton Goa – Panaji, Randesh will lead the resort’s comprehensive security strategy.
