DanCenter by OYO expands vacation home network in India

Oravel, the parent company of global hospitality brand OYO, has announced that its premium European vacation rental brand, DanCenter, added 50 vacation homes in India during the first quarter of FY26. Building on this momentum, the company now plans to onboard an additional 200 properties across the country by the end of the financial year.

Launched in Goa in February 2025, DanCenter now operates a growing portfolio of luxury villas and serviced apartments in prominent destinations such as Lonavala, Kufri, Ramgarh, Chennai, Mahabalipuram, Idukki, Jaipur, Bangalore, and Delhi. The brand is also exploring expansion opportunities in Telangana and North-East India.

Each DanCenter property is equipped with premium amenities, including chef-on-call, concierge services, housekeeping, BBQ setups, mixology lessons, and curated local experiences. Focused on providing exceptional comfort, the brand primarily selects newly constructed vacation homes to ensure a high-quality stay for guests.
