Cygnett Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of its ninth property in Northeast India — Cygnett Park Guwahati. This premium midscale hotel is being developed in collaboration with SRKS Hospitalities Private Limited, marking a key step in the brand’s continued expansion in the region.

Set to welcome guests in July 2026, the upcoming Cygnett Park Guwahati will enjoy a prime location on the Guwahati-Meghalaya border. Its proximity to Lokpriya Gopinath Bordoloi International Airport (45 minutes) and the Guwahati city centre (15 minutes) ensures seamless access, catering to both business and leisure travellers.
