Lemon Tree Hotels Signs Two New Properties in Maharashtra

Lemon Tree Hotels has announced the signing of two new properties in Maharashtra — Lemon Tree Premier, Navi Mumbai and Lemon Tree Hotel, Jalgaon. Both properties will be operated by Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of the group.

The upcoming Lemon Tree Premier in Navi Mumbai will feature 67 well-appointed rooms, complemented by a restaurant, banquet and meeting spaces, a swimming pool, and a fitness centre. Strategically located, the hotel lies approximately 24 kilometres from Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj International Airport and around 21 kilometres from Panvel Railway Station. Its location ensures excellent connectivity through public and private transport, making it a convenient option for both business and leisure travellers.

Further north in Maharashtra, Lemon Tree Hotel, Jalgaon is set to offer 100 thoughtfully designed rooms. The property will include a restaurant, spa, swimming pool, banquet and meeting facilities, and a fitness centre. Ideally positioned, it is located just over 4 kilometres from Jalgaon Airport and about 5.4 kilometres from the railway station, offering guests both comfort and accessibility.
