Adani Digital Labs Unveils Loyalty Programme and Revamped App for Airport Travellers
Ahmedabad – Adani Digital Labs (ADL), the technology arm of Adani Airport Holdings, has rolled out a suite of digital services designed to enhance and simplify the travel experience across the group’s airports in India. The launch also introduces a first-of-its-kind loyalty programme for domestic airport passengers.
Adani OneApp Gets Major Upgrade
The updated Adani OneApp now features Adani Rewards, a loyalty programme that covers food and beverage outlets, retail, duty-free shopping, parking, and meet-and-greet services at Adani-managed airports.
Unlike airline frequent-flyer programmes that are tied to specific carriers or travel classes, Adani Rewards is open to all travellers, regardless of airline or ticket category, and applies to purchases and services made within the airports.
New Passenger-Friendly Features
The app upgrade also introduces:
- Lounge Booking Platform – Pre-book lounge access, check credit card eligibility, and skip queues.
- F&B and Retail Pre-Order – Browse and order online from airport outlets.
- Delivery at Gate – Have purchases brought directly to your boarding gate.
- Duty-Free Multi-Cart & Group Ordering – Shop together with companions.
- Park and Fly – Reserve airport parking in advance.
- Live Flight Tracking & Alerts – Get real-time updates and notifications.
- One-Tap Wi-Fi Access – Connect instantly to airport Wi-Fi.
Passenger Experience at the Core
“The new ADL aims to infuse energy, diverse ideas, and unparalleled expertise into its operations. This marks the first phase of a broader strategy to deliver an exclusive digital-first experience to passengers. In every project we undertake, our objective is to diminish and alleviate travel-related anxiety for passengers,” said Srushti Adani, Director, Adani Digital Labs.
Expansion of Technology Development Hub
Coinciding with the launch, ADL has opened a 150-seat office in Ahmedabad, which will serve as the base for further development of customer-facing airport technology.
The goal is to address common passenger challenges- such as navigating terminals, finding services, and reducing wait times- by consolidating essential services into a single platform.
