Focus on Adventure Tourism and Diving Excellence

The initiative reflects the administration’s commitment to promoting sustainable adventure tourism while enhancing global visibility for the archipelago’s pristine underwater ecosystems. With crystal-clear waters, coral reefs, and diverse marine life, the Andamans have long been a dream destination for divers and this recognition aims to place them firmly on the world scuba diving map.
Andamans as India’s Emerging Tourism Powerhouse

From iconic spots like Radhanagar Beach and Havelock Island to eco-friendly stays and water sports, the region offers something for every kind of traveler.
The surge in domestic and international arrivals also points to successful tourism promotion campaigns and improved connectivity through enhanced air routes and infrastructure development.
A Vision for Sustainable Growth
