ASPHL to Launch THE Park Jaipur, Zone by The Park in Govardhan

Apeejay Surrendra Park Hotels Limited (ASPHL) has announced the signing of two significant hotel management agreements (HMAs), further expanding its presence across India. The company is set to launch THE Park Jaipur through an owned joint venture with Goyal Group, and will also introduce its upper-midscale brand Zone by The Park in Govardhan, Uttar Pradesh.

These agreements reinforce the brand’s commitment to blending modern design, social vibrancy, and warm hospitality in culturally significant destinations.

THE Park Jaipur will rise in Kukas, a heritage-rich area just minutes from Jaipur’s famed landmarks. Spanning 18,000 sq m, the 150-key hotel is being developed in partnership with Indore-based Goyal Group. Once operational, it will serve as a luxurious getaway and a premier venue for weddings and conferences. The hotel will feature ASPHL’s signature F&B concepts and a dedicated wellness centre, positioning it as a destination of choice for both leisure and social gatherings in Rajasthan’s capital.

Meanwhile, Zone by The Park Govardhan is being developed in a spiritually significant region of Uttar Pradesh. The 75-room property is aimed at design-conscious yet budget-friendly travellers and will offer modern comfort along with tailored experiences for pilgrims, leisure seekers, and event attendees. Facilities will include banquet spaces, the signature Playa pool, Vitalia Spa, and Bazaar, an all-day dining venue. Its location offers easy access to major pilgrimage hubs like Mathura (25 km) and Vrindavan (24 km).

With these additions, ASPHL continues to reinforce its strategy of creating vibrant social spaces and design-led experiences, further cementing its role in shaping modern Indian hospitality.
