The series is a tribute to the synergy between Mediterranean finesse and Maldivian heritage, reflecting the brand’s ongoing commitment to innovative and sustainable dining experiences.
At the centre of this collaboration is One-Michelin-Star Chef Pasquale Palamaro, celebrated for his creative mastery at Indaco Restaurant in Amalfi, Italy. Known for his artistry with fresh coastal ingredients and seasonal produce, Chef Pasquale’s culinary philosophy aligns seamlessly with Atmosphere Core’s ethos of ethical gastronomy and sustainability.

The “Mediterranean Soul, Maldivian Heart” series will take place across two of Atmosphere’s luxury island resorts RAAYA by Atmosphere and VARU by Atmosphere offering guests exclusive experiences that blend culture, cuisine, and sustainability.

At RAAYA, the two-day program will immerse guests in a farm-to-table experience that highlights the connection between nature and gastronomy.
- Farm Experiences & Interactive Sessions: Guests can participate in hands-on activities at Seb’s Farm, exploring the resort’s organic and sustainable produce practices.
- Curated Dining Session: A five-course dinner designed by Chef Pasquale Palamaro will be hosted at Seb’s Farm, celebrating Mediterranean artistry with Maldivian freshness.
- Cooking Masterclass: On the following day, Chef Pasquale will lead a masterclass at The Village restaurant, where guests can learn the secrets behind his signature dishes.

- Five-Course Dinner at NÜ: A grand finale awaits with a refined five-course menu at NÜ, following an interactive masterclass led by Chef Pasquale and the resident chefs.
