Chalet Hotels Launches ‘Lakshya – Aim. Lead. Achieve.’
Chalet Hotels Limited has unveiled ‘Lakshya – Aim. Lead. Achieve.’, a 15-month Management Trainee Programme aimed at building a robust leadership pipeline for the fast-evolving hospitality industry. The initiative is crafted to attract and nurture high-potential talent through an intensive, multi-stage development journey that blends cross-functional learning, leadership exposure, and operational training across Chalet’s premium hotels and corporate offices.
Four-Stage Development Journey
The programme is structured into four progressive phases—Uday (Fresh Start), Anubhav (Experience), Pankh (Advanced Learning), and Shikhar (Live It). Each stage offers increasingly challenging roles to strengthen both strategic thinking and practical expertise. Participants will gain exposure through departmental rotations, executive shadowing, live project work, and corporate immersion, ensuring a well-rounded training experience focused on leadership readiness and business acumen.
Cross-Functional Learning and Specialisations
Trainees can specialise in two areas- one as a major and the other as a minor- helping to develop a versatile, cross-functional workforce. Each phase is hosted at a different Chalet property or brand, offering diverse operational perspectives. Notably, this is the first programme to provide cross-hotel and cross-brand exposure, broadening participants’ understanding of varied hospitality environments.
