Crowne Plaza New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida, in collaboration with Holiday Inn Jaipur City Centre, is bringing Rajasthan’s most iconic culinary traditions to the capital through Rangeelo Rajasthan: Thaat, Maat aur Rasoi. This ten-day festival, hosted at Infinity from 7th to 16th November 2025, pays tribute to the vibrant contrasts and deep cultural roots of Mewar and Marwar, capturing the essence of Rajasthan’s royal kitchens and desert hearths.

A Festival Celebrating the Spirit of Rajasthan

At the heart of the event lies the concept of Thaat and Maat the grandeur of Mewar’s regal culinary heritage meeting the earthy, resourceful flavours of Marwar. Together, they form Rasoi, a tapestry of traditions that highlight how geography, culture, and spice shape Rajasthan’s cuisine.

With over 50 handcrafted dishes served on a cyclic menu, the festival promises a gastronomic journey that mirrors the diversity and richness of India’s desert state.

Flavours of Mewar: The Luxurious Palace Kitchens

From Mewar’s lush landscapes and shimmering lake regions come dishes rooted in abundance and indulgence. Guests can savour:

  • Mewari Safed Maas
  • Lapsi
  • Dal Bafla
  • Mewari Kadhi
  • Gatte ki Sabji
  • Badam Halwa

These dishes reflect the region’s reliance on ghee, dairy, and dry fruits — a cuisine shaped by prosperity and royal tradition.
