Founded by Piyush Agrawal, a passionate entrepreneur with a deep love for Himalayan flavours and Western cuisine, Thamel offers a distinctive culinary experience that brings together the warmth of Himalayan comfort food and the refinement of Continental fare.
CYK Hospitalities partnered closely with Piyush Agrawal across all aspects of the project from concept development and menu design to training, interiors, and brand creation shaping Thamel into a holistic dining brand with a unique identity.
