Before joining DoubleTree by Hilton Goa Panaji, Jitin served as Hotel Manager at Fairfield by Marriott Belagavi, where he played a pivotal role in elevating operational performance, enhancing guest satisfaction, and strengthening team culture.

- Taj Hotels

- Restaurant operations in Scotland

A seasoned hotelier, Jitin has worked extensively across Food & Beverage, Rooms Division, and Pre-opening projects, giving him a 360-degree understanding of hotel operations. Jitin holds a Diploma in Hotel Management from the Institute of Hotel Management, Lucknow, complemented by an Executive MBA from the National Institute of Business Management.
