EaseMyTrip Partners with Hoi to Offer Complimentary Airport Meal Service for Flyers

EaseMyTrip, one of India’s leading online travel platforms, has announced a strategic partnership with Hoi to launch a complimentary airport meal service for travellers flying from Hyderabad, New Delhi and Goa airports. The initiative is designed to elevate the pre-boarding experience by enabling passengers to plan and secure their meals seamlessly during the flight booking process.

Enhancing the Pre-Boarding Travel Experience

Airport dining often involves long queues and unpredictable waiting times, especially during peak travel hours. Through this collaboration, EaseMyTrip aims to eliminate these challenges by offering travellers a pre-ordered, time-saving meal solution that integrates directly with the flight booking journey.

The service addresses a common pain point for air travellers waiting over 30 minutes at crowded airport food courts by allowing meals to be prepared in advance and collected at a scheduled time.

How the Complimentary Meal Service Works

Once users complete their flight booking on EaseMyTrip, they are redirected to the Hoi platform to pre-select their meals. Travellers can:

  • Choose from available airport food outlets
  • Select their preferred dish
  • Schedule a convenient pickup time

After entering basic traveller and flight details, the selected meal is prepared ahead of time and made available at the designated pickup point. This ensures a smooth, queue-free experience at the airport.

Saving Time and Simplifying Airport Dining

By enabling passengers to plan meals in advance, the initiative helps travellers save time, reduce stress and streamline their airport routine. According to EaseMyTrip and Hoi, the process allows for better time management while ensuring passengers enjoy a more organised and efficient airport experience.

Leadership Perspective on the Collaboration

Commenting on the initiative, Rikant Pittie, Co-Founder and CEO, EaseMyTrip, said: “Time spent at airports often involves multiple small decisions before boarding. This complimentary pre-ordered meal offering, introduced in collaboration with Hoi, is designed to simplify one such moment and make the experience feel more convenient. This initiative is part of our broader vision of building a unified travel ecosystem where services work together to make journeys smoother and more efficient.”

A Step Towards a Unified Travel Ecosystem

The launch reflects EaseMyTrip’s customer-centric approach and its ongoing efforts to enhance convenience across key travel touchpoints. By integrating travel booking with value-added services such as airport dining, the company continues to focus on creating a holistic and seamless travel ecosystem for modern travellers.
