Radisson RED to Debut in Central London by 2029

Radisson Hotel Group has announced the signing of its first Radisson RED hotel in central London, in collaboration with long-time partner PPHE Hotel Group. The new lifestyle property will be situated on Leman Street, near Liverpool Street Station and the City of London’s financial district, with iconic landmarks such as Tower Bridge and the Tower of London just a short distance away.

PPHE has secured a mixed-use development site for the project, which will be transformed into a dynamic Radisson RED hotel. The property is set to include a minimum of 182 rooms, alongside a restaurant, bar, gym, and office space. Construction is scheduled to begin soon, with the hotel’s opening projected for 2029.

Replacing two outdated office buildings, the development will place strong emphasis on sustainability, targeting a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ rating—demonstrating a commitment to high environmental and construction standards. This significant project marks a key milestone in expanding the Radisson RED brand across major global cities, promising guests a bold, design-led hospitality experience in one of London’s most connected and culturally vibrant neighbourhoods.
