Espire Hospitality Limited Expands Footprint with Five New Hotel Signings

Espire Hospitality Limited has announced the signing of five new hotels across India, strengthening its presence in Rishikesh, Udaipur, and North Goa. These developments are part of the company’s strategic plan to double its inventory by March 2026.

New Hotel Signings

1. Country Inn Premier, Udaipur – Located in the city centre, this property will feature 55 rooms, a rooftop pool, a rooftop restaurant, and 12,000 sq ft of banqueting space. Scheduled to open in January 2026.
2. Country Inn Premier, Rishikesh – Positioned just 500 metres from Lakshman Jhula, it will offer Ganga view rooms, a restaurant, a night club, and a 4,000 sq ft banquet facility. Expected to open in November 2025.
3. Country Inn, Rishikesh – Located near Lakshman Jhula, this property will feature Ganga view rooms, a restaurant, a night club, and recreation facilities including a kids’ play area and a gaming arcade. Scheduled for November 2025.
4. Smart Stays by Country Inn, Rishikesh – Opening in November 2025, it will offer 31 guest rooms, a rooftop pool and restaurant, and a recreation room with a gaming arcade.
5. Country Inn, Calangute (North Goa) – Situated 500 metres from Calangute Beach, the hotel will offer 44 rooms with private balconies, two restaurants including a poolside bar, and a gaming arcade. Expected opening in November 2025.

Future Developments

In addition to these signings, Espire Hospitality Limited is planning to open three luxury hotels in Mussoorie, Mumbai, and near Vrindavan, along with a new ZANA Resort in Dehradun.
