The Fern Hotels & Resorts has announced an impressive start for its latest venture, Series by Marriott– an exclusive brand collaboration with Marriott International. Within just the first month, the partnership has garnered significant attention from the Indian hospitality sector, with over ten independent hotel owners signing Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs).
In addition to these signings, many hotel owners have shown confidence in the brand’s vision, taking steps to transition their existing properties and join the Series by Marriott portfolio. This swift adoption underscores the industry’s trust in the combined strengths of The Fern’s sustainability-led ethos and Marriott’s globally recognised standards of excellence.
Showcasing Innovation at the Global Design & Development Confluence 2025
The brand’s rapid momentum was also highlighted at The Fern Day, celebrated during the prestigious Global Design & Development Confluence 2025, hosted by Marriott International in association with Hotelier India. A key attraction was the unveiling of the Mock-Up Room, which showcased the Series by Marriott design philosophy.
With its emphasis on eco-conscious materials and sustainable design elements, the model room received high praise from developers, hoteliers, and industry leaders, further validating the brand’s commitment to responsible hospitality.
