Four Seasons Yachts has officially unveiled an international roster of Michelin-starred chefs who will lead the onboard dining experience aboard Four Seasons I, set to launch in 2026. This exciting development marks a new chapter in luxury travel, combining the legendary hospitality of Four Seasons with world-class gastronomy on the high seas.

Complementing the expertise of Executive Chef Armando Ferman Toledo and Chef de Cuisine Gerardo Acunzo, the newly announced Chef-in-Residence Programme will bring a rotating lineup of acclaimed culinary masters from Four Seasons hotels around the world. Each voyage promises to deliver a unique and immersive gastronomic experience inspired by the yacht’s destinations.

Extending the Four Seasons Culinary Legacy

Sedna – The Signature Culinary Destination

At the heart of the yacht’s dining experience is Sedna, the refined signature restaurant that serves as the culinary centrepiece of Four Seasons I. Here, visiting chefs will curate bespoke tasting menus in collaboration with Executive Chef Ferman and Chef Acunzo, offering guests a distinct expression of global gastronomy with each voyage.

The dining philosophy celebrates regional influences and seasonal ingredients, allowing guests to explore the culinary soul of each destination from the sun-kissed shores of the Mediterranean to the spice-rich coasts of Asia.

A Stellar Lineup of Michelin-Starred Masters

The inaugural lineup of chefs for the Chef-in-Residence Programme showcases talent from some of the world’s most renowned Michelin-starred Four Seasons restaurants:

  • Chef Luca Piscazzi – Pelagos, Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens
    Will bring Mediterranean-inspired menus to the Greek Isles voyages, celebrating the coastal beauty and flavours of the Aegean.
  • Chef Guillaume Galliot – Caprice, Four Seasons Hong Kong
    Will present French gastronomy with an Asian flair during the Dalmatian Coast voyage, reflecting his mastery of fusion and fine dining.
  • Chef Yoric Tièche – Le Cap, Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat
    Will define the Riviera sailings with Provençal and Mediterranean creations, offering a refined taste of the French coastline.
  • Chef Paolo Lavezzini – Il Palagio, Four Seasons Hotel Firenze
    Will bring Italian elegance and regional authenticity to the Capri and Viareggio itineraries, showcasing timeless Tuscan craftsmanship.

Culinary Leadership Aboard Four Seasons

Overseeing the yacht’s entire culinary program is Executive Chef Armando Ferman Toledo, a veteran with more than two decades of experience in Michelin-starred restaurants, luxury resorts, and premium cruise vessels. A specialist in Italian haute cuisine, Chef Ferman will supervise 11 dining venues aboard Four Seasons I including the Mediterranean-inspired Terrasse and the intimate omakase-style Miuna.

“I am honoured to lead this remarkable team and culinary program for Four Seasons I,” says Chef Ferman. “Our mission is to create experiences that go beyond a meal each menu reflects the creativity of our chefs, the richness of our itineraries, and the seasonal bounties of our destinations.”

Joining him is Chef de Cuisine Gerardo Acunzo, who will lead daily operations at Sedna. With 13 years of experience across Michelin-starred kitchens in Europe and Asia, Chef Acunzo combines refined technique with global sensibility. “It is a privilege to collaborate with an international team of chefs through our Chef-in-Residence program,” says Acunzo. “We look forward to creating unforgettable dining moments that embody the essence of Four Seasons at sea.”

Beyond Dining: Immersive Culinary Experiences at Sea

In addition to the curated tasting menus at Sedna, select voyages will feature exclusive private dinners and interactive culinary events hosted by visiting chefs. These immersive experiences will celebrate regional produce, local traditions, and artisanal craftsmanship, allowing guests to discover the world through flavour and storytelling.

Each journey aboard Four Seasons I will serve as both a luxury escape and an epicurean adventure, where every meal becomes a memorable chapter in the voyage.
