Goa Tourism Wins Spiritual Tourism Award at TTF Hyderabad 2025
Goa Tourism has once again made headlines by receiving the Award for Spiritual Tourism Initiative at the prestigious Travel & Tourism Fair (TTF) Hyderabad 2025, held on 19th and 20th September at the Hyderabad International Convention Centre.

The award was presented by Jayesh Ranjan, IAS, Special Chief Secretary for Youth Advancement, Tourism and Culture, Government of Telangana. It was received on behalf of Goa Tourism by Jayesh Kankonkar, Assistant Director, Department of Tourism; Vishesh G. Naik, Senior Manager, Goa Tourism Development Corporation (GTDC); and Sachin Gad, IA, Department of Tourism.
This recognition marks a significant milestone in Goa’s journey to position itself as a holistic travel destination that extends beyond beaches and nightlife.

During the two-day event, the Goa Tourism delegation actively engaged with visitors and industry stakeholders. Alongside Goan co-exhibitors, the pavilion showcased the state’s multifaceted tourism landscape ranging from culture and heritage to adventure, wellness, and spiritual experiences.
Several dignitaries, including Jupally Krishna Rao, Hon’ble Minister for Prohibition & Excise, Tourism, Culture & Archaeology, Government of Telangana, and Valluru Kranthi, IAS, Director, Telangana Tourism & MD, Telangana Tourism Development Corporation Limited, visited the pavilion. They lauded Goa’s unique travel offerings and appreciated its efforts in creating diverse, authentic tourism experiences.

Expressing his delight, Rohan A.
