A seasoned hospitality professional with more than 18 years of industry experience, Lata brings deep operational expertise and strategic vision from her work with prestigious hotel brands, including Oberoi and Marriott.
Her academic credentials include a Bachelor’s degree in Tourism & Travel Management from Lucknow University and a PGCHRM from XLRI, Jamshedpur, further strengthening her foundation in hospitality leadership and human resource management.
A Distinguished Career Across Leading Hospitality Brands
Lata began her hospitality journey with Oberoi Hotels, where she built her core service and operations expertise. Over the years, she moved into key leadership roles, including at Suryagarh, Jaisalmer, and The Westin Gurgaon, gaining extensive experience in luxury, guest engagement, and operational management.
Expanding her professional horizon, Lata also served at Billerud, a Swedish packaging paper company, where she strengthened her corporate skill set by managing Administration and Operations. This exposure added a unique business perspective to her portfolio, enhancing her understanding of cross-functional management.
Most recently, Lata held the position of Director of Operations & Business Development (North India) at BluSalzz Hospitality, where she oversaw operational excellence, property growth, and strategic expansion across the region.
