Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida Appoints Shivark Shandilya as HR Manager

Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida has appointed Shivark Shandilya as its new Human Resources Manager. With close to 20 years of experience spanning the hospitality, ITES, and education sectors, he brings a wealth of expertise and leadership to the role.

An alumnus of Delhi University, Shandilya also holds a diploma in Hotel Management from I.H.M. Gwalior and a postgraduate certificate in Human Resource Management from XLRI Jamshedpur. Prior to this, he served as HR Manager at Holiday Inn Amritsar, continuing his career within IHG Hotels & Resorts.

Commenting on the appointment, Anurag Rai, General Manager of Holiday Inn New Delhi Mayur Vihar Noida, said, “We are thrilled to welcome Shivark to our team. His extensive experience and strategic HR expertise will be instrumental in reinforcing our people-first culture and driving operational excellence.”

In his new role, Shandilya will focus on strengthening HR operations, streamlining talent acquisition, and implementing employee-centric policies. He will also lead initiatives around training, staff development, engagement, and retention.

His deep knowledge of labour law compliance, talent management, and HR strategy is expected to contribute significantly to building a high-performing, motivated team at the hotel. Outside of work, Shandilya enjoys playing cricket, watching films, and cooking—reflecting a balanced and dynamic personality.
