Honk has announced an exclusive Thai food pop-up, curated by acclaimed Thai Master Chef Penpak Panjampee, set to run from January 23 to February 1, 2026. Designed as a contemporary dining experience rooted in tradition, the pop-up celebrates the depth, balance, and regional authenticity of Thai cuisine.

Hosted within Honk’s existing dining space at Pullman and Novotel New Delhi Aerocity, the experience offers guests a focused and immersive journey into Thailand’s culinary heritage.

A Menu Inspired by Bangkok Street Food and Home-Style Cooking

The specially curated menu draws inspiration from Bangkok’s vibrant street markets and traditional home kitchens, reflecting the fundamental principles of Thai cooking a harmonious balance of sweet, sour, salty, and spicy flavours.

Guests can enjoy the offerings through an à la carte dinner menu, complemented by an extended Sunday brunch, allowing diners to explore Thai cuisine across different dining formats.

Highlights from the Thai Pop-Up Menu

The main course selection showcases regional depth and classic techniques, featuring dishes such as:

  • Kaeng Som Thai – a bold southern-style fish curry known for its tangy and aromatic profile
  • Pad Phak Ruam Mit – a stir-fried medley of seasonal vegetables
  • Kai Phat Met Mamuang – stir-fried chicken with cashew nuts, a popular Thai favourite

To conclude the experience, the dessert menu brings traditional flavours with a modern touch, including:

  • Thai Tea Bread Pudding

Chef Penpak Panjampee brings a wealth of international experience, having led Thai kitchens and culinary programmes across Thailand, Maldives, Japan, Malaysia, South Africa, Hong Kong, and Turkey. Her expertise extends beyond restaurants, with curated food festivals in collaboration with the Royal Thai Consulate, Thai Trade Center, and the Tourism Authority of Thailand.
