With over 15 years of industry experience, Sunil brings deep technical expertise across hospitality, facilities management, and infrastructure operations.

Sunil Kumar brings more than 15 years of experience in engineering and operations, having worked with several leading hospitality brands including Marriott International, Hilton, Accor, ITC, DLF, Sarovar Hotels, and Cushman & Wakefield. In addition to hospitality, he has gained valuable exposure in the manufacturing sector, adding to his strong understanding of systems, processes, and asset management.
Professional Journey in Hospitality Engineering
Sunil began his hospitality career in 2011 as an Engineering Executive at Marriott Goa. Over the years, he has built an impressive professional portfolio, working with prestigious properties such as Grand Mercure Goa Shrem Resort, Conrad Pune, W Goa, The Ritz-Carlton Pune, WelcomHotel by ITC Tavleen Chail, and DLF. His journey reflects consistent growth, hands-on project experience, and a strong commitment to operational excellence.
Expertise in Engineering Operations and Energy Management
A process-driven professional, Sunil’s expertise spans facilities management, electrical and mechanical utilities, and energy conservation. In his role as Chief Engineer, he will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and operation of all electrical, mechanical, and civil systems at Hyatt Regency Dharamshala Resort. His focus will include ensuring safety compliance, asset protection, and seamless day-to-day hotel operations that support guest comfort and service quality.

Sunil holds a Diploma in Electrical Engineering from Government Polytechnic College, Sundernagar, Himachal Pradesh. His strong academic foundation complements his extensive on-ground experience across luxury and upscale hospitality environments.
