The Indian Hotels Company (IHCL), India’s largest hospitality group, has announced the launch of its first flagship Soulinaire restaurant in Alibaug, Mumbai. Positioned on the scenic Alibaug boardwalk, this new culinary destination marks a significant milestone for Soulinaire, IHCL’s signature lifestyle catering brand, which now finds a permanent home by the Arabian Sea.
