IHCL to Open 18th Hotel in Goa

Indian Hotels Company (IHCL) has announced the signing of a new greenfield hotel project in Anjuna, Goa, which will operate under the Vivanta brand.

Strengthening Presence in Key Leisure Destinations

Suma Venkatesh, Executive Vice President – Real Estate & Development, IHCL, said, “IHCL has consistently led the way in pioneering new destinations and has played a vital role in positioning Goa as a global tourism hotspot for over 50 years. This signing aligns with our strategy to expand IHCL’s footprint across market segments in prime leisure locations. We are pleased to further our partnership with Fiesta Hotels through this exciting new project.”

A Contemporary Stay in the Heart of Anjuna

Ideally located in Anjuna—celebrated for its lively culture and scenic beaches—the 110-key Vivanta Anjuna, Goa will offer a modern and stylish hospitality experience. The hotel will include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar, a swimming pool, a state-of-the-art gym, and contemporary conference facilities.
