IHG Hotels & Resorts has announced the signing of a franchise agreement with Sirayane Hospitality to develop Kimpton Marrakech, a luxury lifestyle hotel scheduled to open in Q4 2026. The signing marks the debut of the Kimpton brand in Morocco and represents a significant step in IHG’s strategic expansion within the country’s rapidly growing luxury hospitality market.

A New Luxury Lifestyle Address in Marrakech

The upcoming 67-key Kimpton Marrakech will be located approximately seven kilometres from Marrakesh–Menara Airport, offering convenient access while maintaining a sense of exclusivity. Positioned just a short drive from the historic Medina and the upscale Hivernage district, the hotel will provide guests with a tranquil retreat away from the city’s bustle.

Surrounded by panoramic views of the snow-capped Atlas Mountains, the property is designed to deliver a private and immersive stay experience, blending serenity with proximity to Marrakech’s cultural and lifestyle attractions.
