India Breathes as One: Celebrating International Yoga Day 2025 with ‘One Earth, One Health’

As the world prepares to stretch, breathe, and connect on International Yoga Day, India is once again poised to take the lead in a powerful celebration of wellness, unity, and mindfulness. Observed annually on June 21, this year marks the 10th edition of the global event, guided by the theme “Yoga for One Earth, One Health”, a visionary message unveiled by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

The theme highlights the deep connection between personal well-being and the health of our planet—an invitation for everyone to reflect on how inner balance can support global sustainability.

2025 Theme: Yoga for One Earth, One Health

Rooted in the idea of harmony, this year’s theme aligns physical health with environmental consciousness. PM Modi emphasized that through yoga, we not only strengthen our bodies and minds but also deepen our respect for nature. In an era marked by global health crises and climate anxiety, yoga emerges as both a remedy and a guiding light.
