In a strategic move to strengthen its footprint in southern India, ITC Hotels Limited has announced the signing of definitive agreements with DSR Hospitality Services for two new managed hotels under the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels brand. These properties located in Nellore and Hyderabad underscore ITC Hotels’ continued expansion across Andhra Pradesh and Telangana, two rapidly developing hospitality markets.

Expanding Presence through an Asset-Right Strategy

The Welcomhotel brand has been a key pillar in ITC Hotels’ growth journey, focusing on a balanced asset-right strategy. This approach enables the group to collaborate with trusted developers and operate premium properties that combine local flavour with world-class hospitality.

The upcoming Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Hyderabad Panjagutta will offer 117 rooms and more than 800 square meters of meeting space, catering to both business and leisure travellers. Meanwhile, the Welcomhotel by ITC Hotels Nellore will feature 127 rooms and over 2,600 square meters of meeting space, positioning it as a prime venue for conferences, events, and luxury stays in the region.
