Lemon Tree Hotels Limited has announced the execution of a Hotel Operation Agreement for an upcoming property in Tirupati, Andhra Pradesh, further expanding its footprint in one of India’s most prominent pilgrimage and tourism destinations. The agreement has been signed through Carnation Hotels Private Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Under the agreement, Carnation Hotels Private Limited will operate the hotel under the Lemon Tree Suites brand, subject to the execution of a licence agreement by Lemon Tree Hotels Limited.

Lemon Tree Suites Tirupati to Feature 228 Rooms and Suites

The upcoming property, to be known as Lemon Tree Suites, Tirupati, will comprise 228 well-appointed rooms and suites, designed to cater to both leisure and pilgrimage travellers visiting the region.

The hotel will offer a comprehensive range of facilities, including:

  • A multi-cuisine restaurant
  • A banquet hall for social and corporate events
  • A meeting room for business requirements
  • Recreational amenities such as a swimming pool and a spa

These offerings align with the Lemon Tree Suites brand’s focus on comfort, functionality, and contemporary hospitality.

Strategic Location with Excellent Connectivity

Lemon Tree Suites Tirupati enjoys a strategic location with convenient access to key transport hubs. The property is situated approximately 10 km from Tirupati International Airport and around 6.3 km from Tirupati Railway Station, ensuring easy connectivity for guests.

The hotel is accessible through well-developed public and private transport networks, making it a suitable choice for travellers visiting Tirupati for religious, leisure, or business purposes.
