Mahindra Holidays onboards Asha Kharga as Chief Customer Officer
Mahindra Group has announced that Asha Kharga, currently serving as Chief Customer Officer for the Group, will take on the additional role of Chief Customer Officer at Mahindra Holidays & Resorts India Ltd. (MHRIL), effective July 1, 2025.
As Mahindra Holidays embarks on a journey to elevate the customer experience, diversify its product offerings, and accelerate growth, Asha’s leadership will play a pivotal role. She will spearhead brand transformation, drive innovation in guest experience, and lead the marketing strategy.
With more than 28 years of experience in shaping customer-centric brands across various industries, Asha is widely recognized for her strategic foresight, creative leadership, and deep consumer insight. Her appointment aligns with MHRIL’s ambitious plans to double its resort footprint and enhance premium offerings in response to the evolving preferences of leisure travellers.
