MakeMyTrip, India’s leading online travel company, has announced strategic leadership changes, underscoring its focus on scalable growth, operational excellence, and institutional leadership in the evolving travel market.

Mohit Kabra Elevated to Group Chief Operating Officer

The company has elevated Mohit Kabra, who previously served as Group Chief Financial Officer, to the role of Group Chief Operating Officer (COO) with immediate effect. With over 14 years at MakeMyTrip and a recent induction into the Board of Directors, Mohit brings deep business expertise and leadership to his new position.

As COO, he will oversee day-to-day operations across all business units, drive the implementation of company-wide strategies, and ensure seamless alignment across the organization’s diverse portfolio. Mohit will continue to report directly to Rajesh Magow, Co-Founder and Group CEO, MakeMyTrip.

Dipak Bohra Appointed Group Chief Financial Officer

Simultaneously, Dipak Bohra has been appointed as the Group Chief Financial Officer (CFO). With nearly three decades of experience in finance, Dipak’s career includes a notable 23-year tenure at Wipro, where he led large teams across finance, investor relations, and compliance functions.

As Group CFO, Dipak will provide strategic leadership to MakeMyTrip’s finance, legal, compliance, and investor relations functions, reporting to Mohit Kabra. He is also a qualified Chartered Accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India.
