(CPRL), has launched The New Signature Collection, expanding its premium burger portfolio with two new indulgent offerings Cheesy Chicken and Cheesy Mushroom. The new collection is positioned to cater to consumers seeking richer flavours, layered textures and a more crafted burger experience.

The launch reflects McDonald’s evolving approach to menu innovation, responding to changing consumer expectations while remaining accessible and familiar to Indian audiences.

Responding to Evolving Consumer Preferences

According to the company, consumer preferences over the past year have shifted towards burgers that offer greater depth, indulgence and complexity. Diners are increasingly looking beyond everyday meals, gravitating toward options that feel premium and thoughtfully curated.

The return of the Signature Collection with two new variants directly addresses this demand, combining global flavour influences with ingredients and formats suited to local tastes.

Inside the New Burger Variants

The Cheesy Mushroom Burger, priced at Rs 239, features a mushroom-based patty paired with Italian sauce, gherkins and fresh lettuce, all served in a protein bun. Designed for vegetarian consumers, the burger delivers a balance of creaminess, tang and texture.

The Cheesy Chicken Burger, also priced at Rs 239, combines a flame-grilled chicken patty with an egg patty, habanero sauce, gherkins and lettuce, again served in a protein bun. The variant brings together heat, richness and layered mouthfeel for a more indulgent eating experience.

Strong Focus on Local Sourcing

Reinforcing its commitment to local partnerships, McDonald’s confirmed that all ingredients used in the new Signature Collection including vegetables, chicken and eggs are sourced from Indian suppliers.
