The Leela Hyderabad, in collaboration with Conosh, is set to host an exclusive Chef Pop-Up on September 19–20, 2025, featuring the internationally acclaimed, Norway-based Chef Andrea Selvaggini. Marking his first-ever appearance in India, the celebrated chef will present a spectacular culinary showcase in Hyderabad, blending his refined European artistry with the warmth of Indian hospitality.
This two-day pop-up at Raen – The Chef’s Studio offers food lovers a rare opportunity to experience the creations of a Michelin-starred chef in an intimate and immersive setting.
Chef Andrea Selvaggini: A Rising Star in Global Fine Dining
Originally from Tarquinia, near Rome, Chef Andrea Selvaggini has built an extraordinary career across Italy, Spain (with Quique Dacosta), and Mexico before settling in Norway. At just 29 years old, he leads Restaurant Savage in Oslo, which earned a Michelin Star within seven months of opening, making him the first Italian chef in Norway to achieve such recognition.
His culinary philosophy emphasizes precision, seasonality, and storytelling, and Hyderabad guests will get to savor his globally celebrated signatures, including:
- Nettle Pasta with spring cassoulet and fermented white asparagus
- Zucchini Flower with saffron and elderflower emulsion
- Smoked Duck Royale with fermented koji and burnt roses
