QLA Delhi Launches Pizza & Wine Pairing Menu Near Qutab Minar
QLA, one of Delhi’s most celebrated fine-dining destinations, has unveiled its Pizza & Wine Pairing Menu, a thoughtfully curated experience that celebrates the harmony of flavour and finesse. Conceptualised by Chef Dipender Tiwari in collaboration with QLA’s sommeliers, the menu pairs artisanal pizzas with fine wines, highlighting balance, character, and creativity.

Set against the historic backdrop of the Qutab Minar, QLA has built its reputation on blending French, Italian, and Spanish culinary influences with modern innovation. The new menu is a reflection of this philosophy reinterpreting the timeless pairing of pizza and wine in a way that feels both refined and approachable.

- Parma ham and burrata pizza paired with Piccini Merlot
- Wild garden and truffle pizza paired with Gatao Rosé
- Zucchini and ricotta pizza paired with Gatao white wine
