Raffles Hotels Expands The Butler Did It Campaign to London
Raffles Hotels & Resorts has unveiled the much-anticipated second chapter of its acclaimed global campaign, The Butler Did It. Following the success of its Singapore debut, the campaign now unfolds at the iconic Raffles London at The OWO, one of the brand’s most prestigious recent openings.
This stylish continuation once again features the enigmatic Butler, played by model Tim Easton, who attends to a glittering line-up of distinguished guests including Henry Golding, Oli Green, Jacquetta Wheeler, Stephanie Grainger, and Amalie Gassman.
A Blend of Theatre, Elegance, and British Charm
Directed by creative visionary Trey Laird, with photography by Dylan Don and styling by Robert Rabensteiner, the campaign merges Raffles’ theatrical storytelling with fashion-forward aesthetics. Shot within the historic Old War Office, each scene highlights the magical charm of the Raffles Butler from private afternoon tea in The Drawing Room, to a bespoke bedtime story, and even a royal wake-up call delivered by the King’s Piper.
The result is a captivating mix of elegance, wit, and intimacy, brought to life across cinematic videos, striking imagery, and a global rollout spanning print, digital, and social platforms.
Raffles’ Signature Butler Service Reimagined
“At Raffles Hotels & Resorts, our butlers are more than a hallmark of service and hospitality – they epitomise our brand’s spirit, representing over a century of quiet artistry, graceful anticipation, and moments of emotionally intuitive care that are as individual as our guests. In bringing ‘The Butler Did It’ to London, our inspirational creative team has once again reimagined this tradition through a lens that is witty, whimsical, and unmistakably Raffles,” said Omer Acar, CEO of Raffles Hotels & Resorts.
The London chapter also adds a layer of intrigue, perfectly suited to The OWO’s storied past as the Old War Office, once frequented by Britain’s most notable spies.
A Campaign Rooted in Heritage and Glamour
The campaign builds on its first chapter launched in Singapore, which featured Waris Ahluwalia, Robert Rabensteiner, and May Siu. In its London setting, the narrative captures quintessential British sophistication while celebrating the unique guest experiences that define Raffles intimate, enchanting, and effortlessly glamorous.
“Our vision for ‘The Butler Did It’ has always been to bring Raffles’ unique spirit to life – blending elegance with a hint of intrigue and showing a guest experience that is as stylish and witty as it is warm. Raffles London at The OWO, with its grand history and vibrant setting, offered an extraordinary stage for the campaign’s next chapter, giving the Butler new opportunities to create moments that are as unexpected as they are unforgettable,” shared Trey Laird, founder of Team Laird.
Introducing The Butler Did It Experiences
To complement the campaign, Raffles has introduced The Butler Did It Experiences bespoke packages curated by Raffles Butlers to provide exclusive access and showcase the cultural richness of each destination.
As the brand expands globally with recent openings in Jaipur and Sentosa, and upcoming debuts in Jeddah, Lake Como, Los Cabos, Shanghai, and Tokyo, the campaign reinforces Raffles’ timeless heritage while promising unforgettable moments of care and connection.
Wherever the journey leads, one thing is certain: at Raffles, The Butler Did It.
