Strategic proximity to major hospitality hotspots including top beach resorts and the forthcoming Wynn Al Marjan Island resort.

The new terminal will house a Royal Lounge, four VVIP lounges, and premium hospitality spaces, offering a discreet and luxurious experience tailored for elite travellers. Airside upgrades include a helipad, high-capacity parking, and future-ready provisions for emerging vertical mobility solutions.
