Royal Orchid Hotels launches new Regenta property in Solapur
Continuing its robust expansion in Maharashtra, Royal Orchid Hotels Ltd (ROHL) has unveiled a new property in the thriving industrial and commercial city of Solapur. Regenta Central Shivani, Solapur is designed to offer contemporary comfort and conveniences, appealing to both business and leisure travellers. With this launch, ROHL has introduced four properties in Maharashtra this year, further consolidating its presence in the state.
Strategically located in the MIDC area on the banks of the Bhima and Seena rivers, Regenta Central Shivani offers scenic lake views and Rajasthani-themed architecture. The hotel features 65 well-furnished rooms, including three accessible rooms, and is equipped with modern amenities such as a swimming pool, spa, and gym. Solapur, known as the textile city, holds a unique position due to its manufacturing prowess and spiritual significance. The property enjoys proximity to key temples like Tuljapur, Pandharpur, and Akkalkot and is just a four-hour drive from major cities like Pune and Hyderabad.
The hotel also houses the city’s largest common area, complete with a 170-cover all-day dining restaurant, a 40-cover poolside bar, and a welcoming lobby café. Designed for both intimate and medium-scale events, it features a 1000 sq. ft. meeting room, an 8600 sq. ft. banquet hall, and a 25,000 sq. ft. lawn.
