Rubina Sharma elevated to Hotel Manager at Eros New Delhi
Eros Hotel New Delhi, Nehru Place has elevated Rubina Sharma to the role of Hotel Manager, marking a significant milestone in her two-decade-long journey in hospitality. In her new position, Sharma will lead daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support the hotel’s ongoing growth strategy.

Prior to this promotion, she served as Executive Assistant Manager – Rooms and Business Development, where she spearheaded room sales and revenue initiatives, while reinforcing the hotel’s position in the competitive Delhi market. Known for her strategic acumen and inspiring leadership, Sharma has been instrumental in the hotel’s recent performance.
With over 20 years of experience across departments such as Housekeeping, Front Office, and Sales, Sharma brings a holistic approach to hotel management. She has held key roles at prestigious luxury properties including The Imperial, Taj Palace, Jaypee Hotels, and IHG—lending her a depth of insight that promises to shape her new leadership chapter at Eros Hotel.
At Eros Hotel, she will now focus on driving operational efficiency, staff development, and customer experience.
