The Leela Ambience Delhi Announces Key Leadership Promotions

The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi has announced key senior leadership promotions to further strengthen its sales, marketing, and technology teams.

Tarun Gupta has been elevated to Cluster Director of Sales and Marketing for both The Leela Ambience Convention Hotel Delhi and The Leela Ambience Gurugram Hotel & Residences. With vast experience across major hospitality brands, he will now oversee strategic growth, segment development, and positioning for both properties. Commenting on his new role, he said, “This is an exciting and humbling responsibility—leading two iconic and high-performing hotels in East Delhi and Gurugram. In a notable development, Priti Prava Chakraborty has been elevated to Director of Marketing at the Delhi property. Renowned for her expertise in integrated marketing and digital strategy, she has played a vital role in enhancing the hotel’s brand visibility. In her new position, she will oversee campaign planning, outreach initiatives, and drive innovation to expand the hotel’s market presence.

Additionally, Ajay Mehra has been promoted to Associate Director – Information Technology. With over two years of dedicated service at the hotel, he has contributed significantly to various technology upgrades. In his new capacity, he will focus on optimising IT infrastructure and boosting the hotel’s digital capabilities to enhance guest experiences.
