This exclusive culinary event brings the flavours, aromas, and traditions of Himachal Pradesh straight to Bengaluru, offering guests an authentic taste of the hills.

Celebrating the Richness of Himachali Cuisine

Curated by Chef Kuldeep Thakur, the festival showcases the depth and diversity of Himachali cuisine, which is deeply rooted in tradition and culture. Guests can look forward to regional specialties, heirloom recipes, and exclusive dishes crafted specially for the festival all highlighting the essence of Himachal Pradesh.

The menu features a perfect balance of vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings, reflecting the rich food culture of the state’s mountainous regions. Every dish tells a story of the hills, offering a sensory journey that blends heritage with culinary innovation.

A Feast for the Senses: From Siddu to Dham

The experience begins at interactive live stations, including a traditional Siddu counter serving the iconic steamed bread paired with walnut chutney, and a vibrant Himachali-style chaat station offering tangy and savoury local street flavours.

The buffet spread includes delicacies like Chha Gosht (a yogurt-based mutton curry) and Vegetable Patrodu (colocasia leaves stuffed and steamed to perfection). The highlight of the evening is the Dham-style platter, a traditional festive meal served during Himachali celebrations beautifully recreated for guests to savour in Bengaluru.

To end on a sweet note, guests can indulge in desserts such as Mittha (sweet rice) and the innovative Himachali Apple Tart with Rabri drizzle, an elegant nod to the state’s world-famous apple orchards.
