Chef Nishad Sebastian joins as Executive Chef, bringing with him over 15 years of culinary excellence across globally renowned hospitality brands. His journey with The Leela began at The Leela Palace Bengaluru, where he served as Executive Sous Chef and played a pivotal role in leading large-format culinary operations, curating high-profile dining experiences, and mentoring young talent. During his tenure, Chef Nishad worked closely with international chefs, contributed to signature food festivals, and helped elevate the property’s gastronomic reputation. Virat Adwani steps in as Director of Finance, bringing with him over 12 years of financial leadership across iconic Taj properties in Udaipur, Agra, New Delhi, Jaipur, and Jodhpur. A qualified Company Secretary with an MBA in Strategic Finance, Virat is known for his strategic planning, cost optimization, and regulatory acumen. His people-centric approach and proven track record in financial stewardship will play a vital role in driving operational efficiency and fiscal discipline at the property.
