Uber, Noida International Airport Team Up to Boost Last-Mile Connectivity
Noida International Airport (NIA) has announced a partnership with Uber. This collaboration aims to provide passengers with transportation solutions directly from the airport. Enabling the services will be dedicated pick-up zones and on-ground assistance, which are part of the agreement.
The primary goal of these efforts is to minimize estimated arrival times. Riders will benefit from step-by-step wayfinding, guiding them from the airport gate directly to the designated Uber pickup zones. To further streamline the process, Uber driver-partners will have access to dedicated parking areas, helping to reduce estimated arrival times (ETAs) even further.

The availability of app-based taxi services like Uber is a key step in ensuring that travellers have access to convenient, reliable and safe last-mile transport options.”

Travelers choosing Uber at NIA can enjoy several app-based advantages. These include real-time ride tracking and access to estimated arrival times through the mobile app. For added convenience, cashless payment options will be available, ensuring a hassle-free payment experience. Riders will also be able to view key details about their driver and vehicle.
For enhanced safety, the app will feature an integrated emergency/SOS button. Additionally, riders can choose from a variety of ride options—such as UberGo, Uber Premier, and UberXL (SUV)—offering flexibility to accommodate different preferences and requirements.
