Ujjain to Host Spiritual & Wellness Summit on June 5, 2025
Ujjain, India: The sacred city of Ujjain is set to host the Spiritual & Wellness Summit on June 5, bringing together leaders from government, industry, and wellness communities to advance public awareness and investment in Ayurveda, naturopathy, and holistic health practices. The event is being organized in collaboration with the Ministry of AYUSH and aims to position Ujjain—and Madhya Pradesh—as a rising hub for wellness tourism and infrastructure.
Spiritual & Wellness Summit Highlights:
Expert-led Panel Discussions will explore critical aspects of wellness sector development including policy frameworks, public-private partnerships, sustainable infrastructure, and investment opportunities.
- The summit will open with a discussion on “Ideating the Partnership Model“, where wellness experts will present actionable strategies to strengthen infrastructure, enhance service quality, and expand access—especially in underserved areas.
- Another key panel, “Wellness Ecosystem and Workforce Development”, will focus on blending traditional medicinal systems with modern healthcare, promoting investment in research, and building skilled human capital for the growing wellness economy.
- A special fireside chat, “A New Perspective on Wellness”, is also scheduled with Yadav, offering an engaging dialogue on reimagining wellness through a personal and societal lens.
The event will also feature demonstrations of Ayurvedic and naturopathic treatments, guided meditation and yoga sessions, and wellness product showcases—reflecting India’s diverse and deeply rooted healing traditions.
Strengthening Madhya Pradesh’s Wellness Identity
This summit is a significant milestone toward establishing Madhya Pradesh on the wellness map of India and the world. It aims to guide policy direction, innovation, and investment within the sector while highlighting the state’s potential as a holistic health and spiritual tourism destination.
The event is part of the Chief Minister’s ‘Industry and Employment Year – 2025’ initiative, which seeks to accelerate economic development, encourage industrial expansion, and generate large-scale employment opportunities across Madhya Pradesh.
